Why Parents Participate To maintain a focused and distraction-free environment, we do not allow parents to watch from the sidelines. Instead, you’ll be on the mat, right next to your child, actively participating in class as a Parent Helper.

Side Note:
Parent helpers do not do extensive exercises or stretching you can attend class at your convenience each week or twice or three times during the session. It's all up to you. The opportunity is there share quality time with your child support their efforts in learning
